Launcher, Window management - Dragging and holding a selection over an
entry in the Launcher produces unexpected results

Bug description:
according to Bug 607796 (fix released) this should initiate a spread.
Test case:
Open 3 nautilus windows
Grab a folder from one, drag & hover over Files launcher icon
What happens:
either nothing or goes to some weird sort of semi-spread
If nothing then repeat a few times
In the case of later while hovering you'll notice a slight change in at least
1 nautilus window, the shadow will increase
Return dragged file to orig folder & windows are in some strange state, see
screen for the look
