Public bug reported:

Every time I resume after suspend, I get a dialog from nm-applet telling
that SIM PIN Unlock Required.

I'm running a ThinkPad T420s with a "Lenovo F5562gw" modem, which is an
Ericsson device:

# lsusb | grep Ericsson
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 0bdb:1911 Ericsson Business Mobile Networks BV

The first time I got the dialog, I entered the PIN and selected
"Automatically unlock this device".

Now, every time I resume, I can just Cancel the dialog box, and modem
will work. This appears to be an annoying UI problem more than anything
else.
