Public bug reported:

I'm under shock. In my local Ubuntu 12.04 I installed plenty of time (years)
ago the package PDF Split and Merge through the Ubuntu Software Center.
Locally, I renamed the executable name to "pdfsam". I know, a very bad
practice, but for some reasons it was the quickest for me at that time. I might
have rated/commented on the software in the USC, I don't remember. Now, with
another computer and Ubuntu 14.04, I'm shocked to see in the USC the software
"pdfsam" listed. Moreover, it's also in the Apps Directory:
https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/pdfsam/

I imagine that somehow when I rated the software, it took the name
locally and uploaded a new entry in the db with such name? Or even
replaced the original!? Is that possible? I cannot understand otherwise
what's going on here.
