Seems to be a font issue: the crash always happens as the page tries to load objects from fonts.smdg.ca. I considered blocking smdg.ca with NoScript but the site becomes unusable. Could this be a duplicate of Bug #738526? I always get an X crash the first time I load the page after reboot. If it just kicks me to the login screen I can try again and it works. A few times the crash has been bad enough that I end up at a blinking cursor instead of the login screen and I reboot with Ctrl-Alt- Del. If I go back to the website after a reboot, X crashes again.

(After one xserver crash it usually works the second time.) I'm using the pipelight plugin to enable the Windows Flash player (since most websites will not stream shows these days using the older Linux plugin) but this crash occurs when opening the main page, before the flash plugin is called. What happens: I click on the icon for the foodnetwork.ca main page on the Firefox new tabs page, and X crashes immediately, sending me back to the login page. What should happen: the page should load, allowing me to click on the 'videos' link, taking me to the page where I can select the program I want to watch. I have never encountered this problem on any other website, but run into it regularly on this site.
