* Rebase on Debian, remaining changes:
* debian/control:
* debian/rules:
- Build with dh-autoreconf
* Use dh-autoreconf to update libtool.
* Use dh-autoreconf to update libtool.
* New upstream release.
* debian/control:
- Bump build-depends on libgtk-3-dev, libglibmm-2.4-dev
Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

* Non-maintainer upload.
