Bug description:
  [Impact] 
  Recoverable GPU hang on Broadwell when playing video, triggered at least by 
trying some Unity UI scaling values.

  [Test Case]
  gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc pattern=snow ! 
'video/x-raw,format=UYVY,width=640,height=360' ! xvimagesink

  the video will pause, then resume with varied success. Next attempt
  will fail.

  [Regression Potential] 
  Everything seems to work after the upstream patch.
