Items global menu missing GTK 3.13.1
Status in “unity-control-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
After updating GTK+ 3.10.8 to 3.13.1 Items in global menu are gone,
only submenus are show in all applications except firefox and
thunderbird.
Ubuntu 14.10 Fresh install. No other pacakages installed, only GTK+
via PPA(ppa:ricotz/testing).
