Title:
checkbox test assumes that default software is installed but that may
  not be the case

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

  1. checkbox test assumes that a default video player plugin has been
installed when running the video.mov test. In some cases it has not been
installed so you get an error but with an option to install a suitable plugin.
once that is done the test passes
2.checkbox assumes that the java applet plugin is installed when running the
firefox java applet test and in some cases it has not been installed so the
test fails
