I believe the string in question is not part of ubiquity (the Ubuntu installer) itself, but rather a program ubuquity uses when installing the packages for setting up the installed system. Digging a bit, I was able to find this string [1] which seems to be the one in question. However, this seems to have been translated a while back, so I'm not sure why the original would still be shown.
