Bug description:
  Version Information:
  Evolution 3.2.0
  Ubuntu 11.10 64bit

  expected:
  When clicking the forward button the email message should close and a new 
message (with the original forwarded) should appear.

  actual:
  When trying to forward an email the forward button results in the message 
being closed, but no forward message being created.

  Error when evolution is run from CL:
