Turns out I had set the scaling in Unity to > 1.0. When I set it back to 1, it was all ok again.

I have noticed a few things which don't feel right, mainly it's the menus though. I have attached a screenshot of a typical webpage which feels a bit blurry. These are not compression artifacts, it really looks like that.
