Title:
Add helpful documentation for -nolisten tcp

Status in “gdm” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gdm

It is very difficult to try to find out how to enable tcp in Xorg. In
the "old days" one could grep /etc for nolisten and find the
corresponding file. This method no longer works. To simplify finding
the right place and to help those of us with bad memories, please add
  the following lines to /etc/gdm/custom.conf

  # uncomment these line to remove "-nolisten tcp" from Xorg
  #[security]
  # DisallowTCP=false

(I wasn't sure how to submit a patch to correctly accomplish this task
as this file appears to be generated somewhere in the packaging
  scripts).
