Title:
Ambiance is always used as window decorator theme

Bug description:
I think Metacity 1:3.17.2-2ubuntu2 broke things.
It seems now Ambiance is always used as window decorator theme, even though I
have configured to another theme.

I believe Metacity 1:3.17.2-2ubuntu1 worked fine.

I updated my Ubuntu and it updated Metacity and libmetacity-private2
  to libmetacity-private3.

Now things are broken, it worked before.
