Public bug reported: Hi, maybe it would nice if the writeCache would be enabled by default in Ubuntu 14.04 (and later)? I know that there will be problems after loosing electrical power, but for the usage of encrypted SSD it may be much better to use the cache to avoid to much writings to the flash. regards
