Title:
keyboard lag since this morning's gnome3-staging upgrade

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This morning, the following packages upgraded. Since doing so (and
restarting, but not sure how related that is), keyboard input in gnome
applications periodically freezes, while I can still input to xterms,
use the mouse to switch focus, etc The typed keys eventualy show up
in the applications they're typed into, but the specific application
  being typed into completely freezes
