Public bug reported: This is not a consistent problem, but occurs frequently.
When I click a link in, for instance, an email I get an error message 'Firefox is already running' and the link does not open. Killing firefox and clicking the link when it is not running is OK. I also cannot always kill firefox from my own user id.
