This is still a problem in Ubuntu 15.10. Unity integration is really
poor for this game. It even crashed when I quit the game.

Title:
  ghost worms in gnibbles

Status in gnome-games package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-games

  Steps to reprocuce:

  - Start a game with 1 human player and 5 AI's.
  - Stop the game.
  - Start a new game with 2 humans and 0 AI's.

  Result:

There will be 2 worms that can be controlled by humans and there will
be 4 worms from the first game not doing anything. It is possible to
go through them without dying. In the attached screenshot only the red
and the green worms should be there. The rest are "ghosts" standing in
one position. These ghosts should not be there.

I was able to reproduce this issue 100% of the times.
