I do have a AMD card, but it was necessary to initialize it, first rebooting the system after installation (unless the system does not recognize the card), copying the /usr/lib/fglrx folder to /usr/lib64/fglrx, and using "aticonfig --initial". In spite of that, these steps are not enough due to there is a bug with AMD Catalyst (amdcccle) and 4.2 Linux Kernel, but it is temporally solved by installing wily-proposed files, as described in http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Ubuntu-15.10-fglrx-Fix and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1493888/comments/123. So, I finally could install amdccle.
