When I go through the motions of the settings menu (All Settings -> Region & Language -> Language), it lets me select the language, but in the end the language is never applied. - I could set the locale to "Belgium" - I could set the keyboard to "Belgian" (which is an - But not the language. I _can_ however set the language to "Dutch (Netherlands)", which is close but not good enough.
