I can't attach the output of atigetsysteminfo.sh as i can't see anything
when the driver is enabled (also not in consoles ALT+F1 etc.) and when I
return to the normal system, I have no atigetsysteminfo.sh.

  fglrx-updates not working properly.

Status in fglrx-installer-updates package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
   makes screen full of colored lines, black lines, screen starts
  middle, goes out to right and starts back at left. everything responds
  very slowly.

  I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 fresh install. 
  fglrx-updates 15.201-0ubuntu2~15.10.2 0

  expected working driver, got messed up screen.
