I have a DSL connection. Every time I try to connect to the Internet I
get the message "Disconnected - you are now offline Network" I
successfully connect to the Internet STRICTLY at the second attempt.
The same with Ubuntu 16.04. This is not happening with Ubuntu 14.04.
