Public bug reported:
After upgrading from natty, shutdown and restart don't work. Choosing
"shut down" or "restart" from a logged in session just kicks me out to
lightdm as if I had chosen "log out", and from lightdm, "shut down" and
"restart" don't do anything at all. This happens on both machines I
upgraded from natty to oneiric, on very different hardware.
