Title:
  cursor flashing without focus

Status in vte package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I've noticed that terminal windows often get themselves into a state
where the cursor block is flashing even when they don't have focus. I
*think* this tends to happen after a suspend/resume cycle, but am not
sure about that. Will investigate a bit more and update this issue if
I get solid reproduction steps. These blinkenlights are annoying!
