Fixed upstream in cups-filters 1.8.3. The package will appear in Xenial
soon. As we are in Final beta freeze it is possible that the package
will appear only on Thursday after the Final Beta release.

Bug description:
Ubuntu freshly updated to 16.04. Whenever cups-browsed is running, it
generates around 1 to 1.5 Mbps of incoming traffic, in regular spikes
of 2.5Mbps. The cups log shows messages like this every few seconds:
