Title:
  browser windows not in focus

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Newly opened chromium browser window does not get focus.

  How to reproduce:

On empty desktop we open gnome-terminal. Then press Alt+F2 and run
"chromium-browser". After that we see two windows on the desktop:
terminal and browser. But focus is in terminal. If we type something
it is written in terminal not in browser.

  How it should be:
Newly opened browser window should get focus. And what is typed should get in
there.
