Title:
  Firefox crashes/closes when switching desktops

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
If I start Firefox and switch over to another desktop (using alt-
left/right or the switcher button in unity), Firefox disappears but
it's process remains running in the background. I'm running Unity2D
since not all parts of Unity3D work properly since upgrading from
  Natty.
