You can review software only if you downloaded or bought it from within
Ubuntu Software Center. You can’t review software from external Web
sites, because any Web site could provide a package with that name.

Bug description:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I wanted to make a review for VoIPstudio (voipstudio.com) but it does
not work. I got the following message: "impossible to determine the
origin of the software etc", but it is an official application from
Voipstudio for Linux/Ubuntu.
I contacted VoIPstudio but they told me to contact you in order to
solve the matter.
