brltty (5.3.1-2ubuntu5) yakkety; urgency=medium

  * If RUN_BRLTTY is set to yes when upgrading from 5.3.1-2ubuntu3 or
    earlier, disable the brltty systemd service, and also disable it
    if upgrading from 5.3.1-2ubuntu4, as it was enabled, when in most
    cases it should not be. (LP: #1577103)
