to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

Title:
  Pressing screenshot keyboard shortcut while assigning screenshot
  keyboard shortcut to itself causes a recursive loop and the whole
  computer to crash.

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  In system settings > keyboard > shortcuts > screenshots, trying to
  assign "Take a screenshot" to the active screenshot keyboard shortcut
  (on my machine, a new model XPS-13, fn+PrtScr) causes a loop of
  hundreds of screenshots before the system crashes.
