Fresh install 16.04 same story.
$inkscape
inkscape: error while loading shared libraries: libgtkmm-2.4.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgtkmm-2.4-1v5
fixed the problem.

Bug description:
I've clean installed Oneiric Ocelot beta 1 (x64). After installing
Inkscape, it doesn't start. Running it from the terminal I get:
"inkscape: error while loading shared libraries: libgtkmm-2.4.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
However, package libgtkmm-2.4-1c2a is pulled in. Any ideas?
