Sebastien, I'm not very familiar with ACPI, but in the log that I've attached it seems that there is an error on ACPI, do you think we should assign this bug also to ACPI?

It is the same behaviour than in this old bug #199522. After additional testing I've noticed that the problem is independent from "dim on idle" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/lightdm/+bug/844241/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
