Incomplete. I don't remember this happening for a while. But also more
recently the fix for bug 1504422 would stop it happening anyway (since
we don't resize/delete the outputs at all).

Title:
Xmir: Windows appear blank during resizing the root window

Status in xorg-server package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Xmir: Windows appear blank during resizing the root window.

  This started happening with:

https://git.launchpad.net/~xmir-team/xorg-server/+git/xmir/commit/?id=a20929304890bba219db9e836ddc87d13b0f70b0

However that should NOT be reverted because it dramatically improves
stability, and fixes visual correctness with non-compositing window
managers too. So if in doubt, please DON'T try fixing this bug.

As always, -rootless window resizing has no such issues.
