To test (as attached): - Highlight a item of text (i.e. Lorem Ipsum) then choose Insert Index Entry - Click Insert - Repeat for multiple indexes - Then add new page and add Alphabetical Index - Save and Close file - Open File again then right click on Index and Update Index - all entries are gone!
