Copy progress popover should close on completion

Bug description:
When copying folders/files and the popover progress window opens it
pops up in all opened instances of Nautilus. You also need to close
the popover on every single window or close every window to get it to
disappear. This also applies to the progress-bar in launcher.
Expected behavior: copy popover should close after successfully
performing the copy operation.
