Yes, this is because Ubuntu's interactive_search.patch in the nautilus
package needs to be updated for nautilus 3.22.

The warning itself is harmless.

  Since upgrading from Ubuntu GNOME 16.04.1 with GNOME 3.20 to Ubuntu
  GNOME 16.10 with GNOME 3.22 I have found that whenever I am installing
  something which needs to:

      Processing triggers for libglib2.0-0:amd64 (2.50.0-1) ...

  That I get the following message immediately after that:

       No such key 'enable-interactive-search' in schema
  'org.gnome.nautilus.preferences' as specified in override file
  '/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/20_ubuntu-gnome-default-
  settings.gschema.override'; ignoring override for this key.
