Title:
  Libreoffice Base Fails to Run

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Installing and then attempting to run Libreoffice Base when any other
Libreoffice apps are running results in the error "This operation is
not supported on this operating system".

Closing all other Libreoffice apps then allows you to run Libreoffice
  Base.

Ideally, Libreoffice should intelligently detect that it has to
restart in order to reload the new Base component and communicate this
  to the user.
