This bug is fixed in latest stable Remmina version (1.2) - the menu on
the top of the screen in fullscreen mode appears since I upgraded
Remmina package to 1.2 release from official PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~remmina-ppa-team/+archive/ubuntu/remmina-next

I also copied latest stable freerdp and remmina packages to official
Baltix repository - ppa:baltix-members/ppa

Title:
No menu in fullscreen on Gnome 3

Status in remmina package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I connect to a remote computer in fullscreen the menu on the top
of the screen does not open any more since I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.04.
There is a grey line at the top of the screen indicating the menu when
I connect to Windows 2008 R2. When I connect to Windows 8.1 the grey
line for the menu disappears completely after a few seconds. It is
very annoying not being able to use the menu.

The other change is that the fullscreen windows opens on the screen
where the remmina is started. In 14.04 I had RDP windows always appear
on one screen. Now I have to move remmina window there and then start
RDP. Otherwise it starts on a screen I don't want RDP to start.

When connecting to Windows 8.1, the cursor is now working great and it
changes shapes. Unfortunately I cannot say this for connecting to
Windows 2008 R2. The cursor there is surrounded with a black square
(64x64 maybe) where previous cursors are drawn. This may have
something to do with my graphics drivers because I use two graphics
adapters and two drivers for three screens (nouveau and intel) both
provided by Ubuntu. I have no proprietary graphics drivers.
