Will be reproducible with the command "sudo pm-suspend" & or close/reopen laptop lid for a period of time days or hours, then go a period of time, days or hours without being able to trigger it again. This is irrespective of running "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y" and has continued to be intermittent on last 3 versions of 3.19 kernel.
