give a way to disclose more information about inaccessible folders

Bug description:
it's good to see bug 162159 fixed in the most recent versions,
informing the user if some folders are inaccessible. It would be even
better if (for example by clicking on that notification) a list of the
inaccessible folders was presented for inspection.
