Nothing should be depending on firefox-dev, and this package is going to
be removed in the next firefox release. You should use npapi-sdk-dev
instead.

Title:
  missing referenced X11UndefineNone.h file

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  The firefox-dev package version 51.0.1+build2-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
contains a /usr/include/firefox/npapi.h file which includes
"X11UndefineNone.h". But the package does not contain that file.

Note that the corresponding Debian sid package does include it:
  https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/firefox-dev/filelist
