Bug description:
From Jason Kennaly (in question https://answers.launchpad.net/deja-
  dup/+question/221322):

As I indicated in this thread,
  http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=12497422&posted=1#post12497422

I am using this to back up my home directory in Ubuntu 12.10. There is
a subdirectory called .gnupg. This subdirectory is owned by root. This
directory is excluded from being backed up.

Every time Deja Dup runs, I get an error message that this directory
could not be processed. This is fine, I do not need it backed up, but
it is frustrating that I get this error message even though this
directory is excluded from the backup.

  Helpful information:

~$ ls -ld .gnupg | grep gnupg
  drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Apr 18 2012 .gnupg
  ~$ deja-dup --version
  deja-dup 24.0
  ~$ duplicity --version
  duplicity 0.6.19
