Environment: MacBook Pro internal HiDPI display, two external low dpi
displays

SYMPTOM 1:
If LibreOffice is launched on the internal display, it may halt the computer

SYMPTOM 2:
If a new LibreOffice Writer window is launched on the low dpi display, it only 
draws in the upper left 25%.
Graphics in this state is fuzzy.

GETAROUND
a. LibreOffice in this state does not allow Window resize
1. Click on another window
2. Click back on the Writer Window
- Resize is now available
3. Resize the window at the bottom edge
- Writer redraws using the full area, graphics go sharp
