This is the same with Déjà Dup in Ubuntu and should be trivial to fix,
by adding a small window containing the information and a menu entry as
a submenu of "Help".

Title:
Deja-dup version info not accessible throug GUI

Status in Déjà Dup:
  Triaged
Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  New
Status in deja-dup package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
I cannot access the version info of deja-dup (called Backups in
Fedora) through the GUI. For users not familiar with the command line
it would be useful if they could learn the deja-dup version through an
'about' menu entry like most applications have.

  System info:
  Fedora release 26 (Twenty Six)
  deja-dup-34.3-3.fc26.x86_64
  duplicity-0.7.13.1-1.fc26.x86_64
