I just installed the new Ubuntu 10.04 yesterday when it came out, and today I went to use my laptop in the other room so I unplugged it, and as soon as I did a message popped up saying the battery is critically low with 4 minutes left on it, but it also says it's at 100%. I know this isn't a problem with my battery itself because I also have Windows 7 on this laptop and it runs for 2 hours just fine on the battery. I haven't used Ubuntu on the battery yet to see if it actually has only 4 minutes on it or if it's just an error in notifying me. At any rate, I think it needs to be looked at and hopefully fixed.
