You have been subscribed to a public bug: When clicking the icons of Terminal, Nautilus etc., some things are being shown as the untranslated (English) strings even though they are translated upstream (GNOME). For example the "New Terminal" for GNOME Terminal, that is correctly translated (in Czech localization) as "Nový terminál" in GNOME panel, but untranslated when clicking the GNOME Terminal icon in the ubuntu-dock extension. Another example is the "New Window" item in Nautilus. See the attached screenshots.
