Title:
  The default overview window doesn't show all panels

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Test case:
  Open Settings
  Notice that the last displayed panel on left side is Devices
  There is however one more available, Details 

  What should happen:
  All available panels should be visible

  The default window size appears to be Height: 755 while it would need another 
28 px or so to display all properly.
  Pretty much the area occupied by the deco..
