Bug description:
  Hi,

when run through (gk)sudo in 16.04.1

  - gedit has no global or locally integrated menus, instead it falls
back to CSD but withouth the cog for accessing important features (
  search, replace… ) !

  - Nautilus, synaptic… have no global or locally integrated menus, instead it
shows an old-fashioned style still menu, at least usable but space wasting.
  ___________

2016.10.02 : any chance the CSD part in gedit might get fixed because this is
really a daily pain…
