* Shrink the default mozconfig right down so that we use mostly upstream

aren't satisfied. Really, the build should just fail here rather than
continuing in some undesirable fallback mode

Bug description:
Under certain circumstances (ie, when there are third party extensions
installed in /usr/share/mozilla/extensions, or any extensions
installed in the users profile), our bundled extensions (globalmenu +
ubufox) and language packs are disabled automatically on upgrade to
Firefox 8
