Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

Users can't restore a backup on a fresh install from the deja-dup UI.

  [ Test Case ]

Open "Backups" (or run 'deja-dup') and click the "Restore..." button.

You should see a dropdown with options for a location, but instead
with this bug, you see an empty dialog.

  [ Regression Potential ]

Pretty small. The proposed patch just moves some widget
  initialization earlier.

  [ Original Bug Description ]

Installed a new Ubuntu 17.10, created my user and tried to restore the
backups from the server.
Pressed Overview, Restore and get an empty dialog. From screen shots I found
I assume there should be some drop downs or buttons etc. but my dialog is empty.
