  Terminal Windows disappear after gnome-shell restart

Bug description:
  Whenever I have a terminal running and restart Gnome, that terminal
  window will never be seen again, except in the Alt-Tab switcher or the
  window Overview. Focusing any pre-existing terminal window will make
  it disappear.
